How can my employees record their attendance?
We offer many options for recording attendance depending on your needs. Our most popular by far is our Faceprint range of terminals which have Facial recognition cameras for fast identification without the need for any screen touching or any cards or fobs although the same units can read RFID cards and fobs or allow a PIN or use a combination of these method's.
We also offer our PT1400 RFID only units if there is no requirement for the added security of biometrics. Or we have other units that have RFID and Fingerprint. If the requirement is for very high security we offer Palm vein reading too.
Alternately if employees are mobile you could use the mobile clocking app to record attendance and also depending on the software solution you chose the employees can use this to request absences too.
How do Employee Self Service Shifts work?
Employees can log in to the cloud system and select which shifts they can work from a defined list created by the manager allowing maximum flexibility. The manager can partly or fully allocate shifts if required.
How much does it cost?
We have a full range of attendance solutions from Free to a few £ per month.
Can i see a live feed of who is in or out?
Yes all of our attendance terminals offer live data feed meaning they send any attendance records live to the server ready for you to view the info you need when you need it.
We work a flexitime system do you offer a solution?
We have a Flexitime option within our Freetime Pro and Freetime People HR solutions.
Do you offer integration services?
Yes we have existing integrations with many systems. We are always happy to discuss further integrations.
Do you have an API for time attendance?
We have an existing API where Time attendance and absence data can be extracted to use in a 3rd party application.
Do you link to payroll?
Yes we have a direct link into Sage Payroll.
We also produce bespoke files for other payroll systems as needed.
Or for a fully managed payroll solution we partner with and integrate with Paycheck.
