FreeTime terminals use your internet connection to send your employees clocking records over the web to a secure server. The system then stores and processes the records using a comprehensive Time Attendance Software solution. This is done in real time enabling you to see the current in out status of your employees without delay. You can check lateness, unauthorised absences, long breaks and other exceptions.
Optional Features

Benefits of Biometrics
Many of our current range of biometric terminals are contactless helping to avoid any possible concern of cross contamination. When using biometric terminals you can be certain that your staff are not clocking in/out for each other . Other benefits include the fact that the staff cannot forget to bring hands face or fingerprints to work to clock in with. where they could easily forget the card (especially when they are late). Also environmental concerns being high at this time it would be beneficial not to use as many consumable clock cards. When using IP connection no additional cabling is needed, your existing network cabling structure can normally be used or all our terminals have WiFi capability. And POE options are available.
When making amendments to personnel, names, badges, access rights to the building or adding new employee’s, all the updates can be made fully on the web using the cloud attendance software and not just at the system server or client pc’s.
Benefits of Proximity RFID cards or key fobs
The maintenance and reliability on any systems using RFID proximity cards or fobs will normally be lower due to the lack of moving parts and the ease of ID presentation if choosing a proximity operated unit which will read a chip in a card or key fob etc from a small distance with no contact or button pressing needed. This card or fob can then be carried with the employee for access control or I.D purposes, this card or fob can then not be used by another employee fraudulently.
