There are several ways to add employee details to the system if you already have Allday Freetime time attendance then all employee details can be auto synced from that .
Alternatively all employee details can be imported from certain existing payroll systems or imported via excel spreadsheets or you can drop in your existing historical FPS file to create employees.
So you should not need to rekey your employees details .
Costs are based on pay slips produced in the system with a minimum charge per month employee payslips start from £2 each for a typical client with discounts for volume available.
AI elements use your own AI licence so are not an additional cost. All AI data is anonymised so no sensitive data is exposed to the outside world.
