Terms

All products and services sold are subject to the following terms.

Terms and Conditions
All products and services supplied by Allday Time Systems Ltd are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Warranty
We provide a twelve (12) month return-to-base warranty from the date of purchase on all hardware supplied by Allday Time Systems Ltd. This warranty covers parts and labour but excludes consumable items such as printer ribbons.
Allday Time Systems Ltd warrants its hardware against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original purchase date.
This warranty shall become void where repairs or servicing carried out by anyone other than Allday Time Systems Ltd or an authorised service provider result in damage to the product.
This warranty does not apply to products which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, unauthorised modification, incorrect installation, or where serial numbers have been altered or removed.
The warranty does not cover labour costs associated with removing or reinstalling equipment, nor consumable or expendable parts subject to normal wear and tear.
Allday Time Systems Ltd’s sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to repair or replace the defective product.
Where equipment is returned for warranty repair, it must be shipped in suitable packaging (preferably the original packaging), fully insured, with carriage prepaid. Allday Time Systems Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss or damage during transit.
Proof of purchase is required before warranty service can be provided.
2. Returns
Equipment returned for refund may be subject to a handling and restocking charge of up to 30% of the purchase price.
Returned goods must be in their original condition and, wherever possible, in their original packaging. Additional charges may apply where products are returned damaged, incomplete or unsuitable for resale.
Returns must be shipped prepaid and adequately insured. Allday Time Systems Ltd accepts no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during transit.
3. Limitation of Liability
Except for the express warranty set out above, all products are supplied without any additional express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Products not supplied directly by Allday Time Systems Ltd are provided only subject to the manufacturer’s own warranty (if any).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allday Time Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special losses arising from the use of its products or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability of Allday Time Systems Ltd shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product or service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
4. Biometric Equipment
Biometric terminals and readers are recommended for shift queues of no more than approximately 25 employees per terminal. Larger simultaneous clocking volumes may require additional terminals to maintain performance.
Customers acknowledge that current biometric fingerprint technology cannot successfully enrol or authenticate every individual. Alternative authentication methods, including RFID or Face or PIN entry, are available where required.
5. Software Products
All software licence sales are final and non-refundable once licence keys have been issued, software has been activated, downloaded or otherwise made available to the customer.
Upgrade licences and software maintenance renewals are also non-refundable.
6. Equipment Configuration
Unless otherwise agreed, clocks and terminals are supplied configured for a standard weekly pay period beginning on a Monday, with automatic daylight saving adjustments enabled where applicable.
Any additional programming or configuration required beyond the standard setup is the customer’s responsibility unless installation or commissioning services have been purchased.
7. Data Processing
Where Allday Time Systems Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a customer in connection with the products or services supplied, such processing shall be governed by the Allday Time Systems Ltd Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), which forms part of these Terms.
The current version of the DPA is available at:

By purchasing or using our products or services, the customer agrees to the DPA where applicable.
8. Changes to these Terms and the DPA
Allday Time Systems Ltd may update these Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, regulatory requirements, our products or services, or our business operations.
The latest versions will always be published on our website. Continued use of our products or services after updated Terms or the DPA become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated documents.
